Abstract:

Nuclear factor - kappa B（NF- κB） is an important transcription factor implicated in immune and inflammatory responses. Periodontitis is the chronic inflammatory diseases, its development is a comprehend procedure between the bacteria invasion and the host immune reaction. Now here is a review about the relationship of NF- κB and periodontitis, it is useful to the etiopathogenesis of periodontitis.
