Abstract:

Laminin- 5（LN- 5）, one of the majore protein of the basic membrane, plays an important role in the stable connection between basic membrane and epithelial cell, it can also improve adhesion, migration and spread of the endothelial cell through receptor. LN- 5 has a close relationship with junctional epithelium and epithelium around dental implant. It also has abnormal epression in periodontal inflammation disease.
