Research progress on saliva proteome analysis in oral disease diagnostics

Abstract:

The development of proteomic techniques provide a robust platform for searching biomarkers in saliva. The article makes a review of the current status of biamarkers in oral squamous cell carcinoma, primary Sj觟gren’s syndrome, periodontal diseases by saliva proteome analysis and existing problems.
