Study of relationship between expression of CC chemokine receptor 7 and its ligands and oral squamous cell carcinoma

Abstract:

Chemokines belong to the small molecule chemoattractive cytokine family. They are involved in diverse biological actions through combining with their specific receptors. Recent studies showed that the expression of CC chemokine receptor 7（CCR7） were significantly associated with the invasion and lymph node metastasis of oral squamous cell carcinoma（OSCC）. This review will concentrate on the functions of CCR7 and its ligands, and their effects in invasion and lymph node metastasis of OSCC.
