Exploratory development of adipose-derived stem cells on osseocar tilaginous tissue engineering

Abstract:

The study of seeding cells is always a hot spot in tissue engineering. In recent years, the adipose- derived stem cells(ADSCs) are becoming the seeding cell gradually in tissue engineering just because of its several conspicuous advantages. The article drew a review on the following aspects: The overview, the ability of differentiation in vitro and surface markers and the experiments in vivo of ADSCs.
