Application of high- throughput technique on detection of tumor marker in or al cancer

Abstract:

To screen and identify specific tumor marker is important for the diagnosis, the judgment of therapeutic effect, the detection of recurrence and metastasis, the evaluation of prognosis and the study of pathological mechanism of oral cancer. The traditional detection methods have deficiencies in the aspects of sensitivity and specificity. But with the appearance and development of high- throughput technique, further progress has been made in the study of tumor marker. This paper summarized the application of the high- throughput detection methods of tumor marker in the study of oral cancer.
