Different response to treatment in the different sites of oral lichen planus: a case report

Abstract:

Oral lichen planus(OLP) occurred in the different oral sites of one patient. The response to treatment is relatively consistent for the patient with multiple OLP lesions. This article reported a different response to the treatment of the patient with multiple OLP. The possible reason of this phenomenon was discussed.
