 Opportunities and challenges of cranial and maxillofacial tissue regeneration

Abstract:

In common clinically, cranial and maxillofacial tissue defects, serious impact on the various function and survival quality of patients, cranial and maxillofacial tissue defect repair reconstruction increasingly brought to the attention of the people. In recent years, the rapid development of tissue engineering techniques for complex tissue and organ regeneration brings hope, has become a hot topic of researchers. Schools of thought contend in current column special invited four cranial and maxillofacial tissue regeneration of the well-known experts in the field of tissue engineering is facing opportunities and challenges were discussed, in order to bring some enlightenment for the clinical and research work.
