Application of data mining technology in tumor research

Abstract:

In recent years, data mining application in the medical field has been broadened. Likewise, numerous achievements in tumor study exist. This technology provides an effective approach to filter the risk factors and discover oncogenes to predict tumor. It also offers technical support to study tumor pathogenesis further. Combined with imaging, molecular biology, and other technologies, data mining provides a more accurate early tumor diagnosis. Researchers can predict the survival periods of patients by analyzing tumor-associated factors. With the development of data mining technology, numerous achievements in the field of tumor study are expected.
