Abstract:
Saccharomyces albicans is an important human fungal pathogen. It causes infections by adhering, invading and damaging to host cells, which depends on the adhesins, the enzyme easy to invade host cells and cell morphology, phenotype of conversion. We will review mainly genes related to the factors of virulence in the pathogenic process.
