Abstract: Wnt and Notch signaling pathways have long been regarded as the signaling pathways playing critical roles in the tumorigenesis and progression of various kinds of human cancers. This article reviewed the crosstalk between Wnt and Notch signaling pathways, particularly focusing on their relationship with oral squamous cell carcinoma.
