Research progress of embryonic stem cells differentiation into neural stem cells<

Abstract: Stem cells is a pluripotential cells, which can differentiate to bone, cartilage, muscle, blood vessels and neurogenesis. Neural stem cells can be used to repair neural system and regenerate neuron and neuroglia cells of atrophy, necrosis or defect in tissue engineering and in clinic. In different mediums and special grow factors, stem cells such as embryonic stem cells, bone marrow stem cells, mesenchymal stem cells, epidermal stem cells and adipose stem cells can be differentiation into neurogenesis. The capital of multi-directional differentiation of synovial stem cells will be used to nerve defect and regeneration in many nervous system diseases. The purpose of this review is to provide a summary of research progress of embryonic stem cells differentiation into neural stem cells.
