Effects of Design of Dental Implant on Immediate Implant and Immediate Loading

Abstract:

The key to the success of immediate implant and immediate loading lays in the primary stability of dental implant which decided by the design of dental implant in addition to host factors and iatrogenic factors. This review of the literature attempts to address current issues of theoretical investigation and clinical application in selecting dimension, contour and surface treatment of dental implants, and to find the connection between the factors in immediate implant and immediate loading.
