摘要:
前牙弯曲牙是恒前牙发育过程时,乳牙受外伤的常见后遗症之一。特征为牙冠与牙根的线性关系改变,通常以影像学资料确诊。随着临床检查手段,特别是口腔锥形束CT的使用增加,病例检出随之增加,该疾病日益受到临床医生的重视,因此治疗理念、手段和方式上也有了新发展。不同程度的弯曲前牙,在治疗上也有着不同的处理方式,因人而异,因此需要准确评估。本文回顾了近年来前牙弯曲牙的病因、流行病学、治疗方式等的研究进展,并总结了影像学评价及诊断方法,期望对相关临床工作提供参考。
