摘要:
头颈部鳞状细胞癌是头颈部最常见的恶性肿瘤。颈部淋巴结转移是其重要的预后因素,准确检测颈部淋巴结转移对于头颈部鳞状细胞癌的手术和辅助诊疗计划具有重大作用。前哨淋巴结能精确地检测和评估颈部转移和不可预测的淋巴引流模式。目前临床上检测前哨淋巴结仍以蓝色染料法为主。近年来,随着近红外荧光成像等技术的发展,许多研究着眼于新技术的准确性,应用多种技术联合检测进行前哨淋巴结转移的评估。本文对头颈部鳞状细胞癌中前哨淋巴结的检测方法进行综述,旨在为不同临床条件下检测方法的选择提供依据。
