牙骨质—骨结构不良(COD)是一类较为常见的发生在颌骨承牙区的纤维骨病变,在缺牙区牙槽骨内偶有发现,这为种植治疗的选择与设计带来一定的困扰。影像学检查在COD的诊断中具有关键作用,也是后续随访的主要手段。本文通过总结COD的临床、影像、病理特征,结合分析既往相关的种植成功与失败病例,认为COD通常并非种植的禁忌证。基于此,笔者提出了针对COD区域种植的治疗建议,以期提高该患者群体种植治疗的成功率。
