摘要:
目的 对比即刻种植和传统种植技术两种手术方式对患者术后疼痛的影响。方法 将80例后牙区需行种植手术的患者,按即刻种植与传统种植分为2组,采用疼痛数字评分法记录患者术后3 d的疼痛值。结果 即刻种植组与传统种植组的术后评分,除术后2 h的疼痛强度差异有统计学意义(P=0.046)以外,其余各时段以及疼痛峰值差异均无统计学意义。结论 即刻种植与传统种植相比,术后疼痛强度无显著差异,但即刻种植的早期术后疼痛反应更为明显,可提前给予相应的疼痛控制。
