摘要:
随着人口老龄化程度的加深,老年人口腔复杂修复需求日益增多。由于缺牙数量多、颌位关系异常、牙槽嵴吸收及口颌系统增龄性退变等因素,老年人修复治疗面临挑战。本文结合1例68岁全口牙列缺失伴下颌偏斜及颞下颌关节结构异常患者的临床修复过程,系统阐述了基于数字孪生技术的个性化咬合设计与治疗流程。通过构建患者数字孪生模型,实现了颌位三维调整、平面设计及咬合接触设计,显著提高了修复的可预测性与功能适配性。该数字化流程有效减少了就诊次数与椅旁时间,降低了对医师经验的依赖,为老年复杂修复病例提供了高效、精准且可推广的解决方案。
