摘要:
随着种植修复技术的普及,种植修复后并发症的处理也越来越受到临床医生的关注。以前的研究热点主要在种植生物并发症和机械并发症上,但邻接关系不良也是种植固定修复常见的并发症,是导致食物嵌塞、影响咀嚼功能的主要原因,严重降低患者的义齿使用舒适度。近年来,多篇文献报道了邻接关系不良的高发生率,种植修复体邻接关系不良导致的食物嵌塞问题,已成为新的研究热点。本文就种植固定修复后出现邻接关系不良的原因、临床特点及对策进行综述。
