摘要:
鼻咽癌是头颈部最常见的恶性肿瘤,在我国广东、广西、湖南、江西、福建等省(自治区)流行。在接受放射治疗联合化学治疗后,鼻咽癌患者口腔黏膜炎高发。本文综述了鼻咽癌患者口腔黏膜炎的现状、病因、发生机制,以及预防性干预、药物干预、饮食干预、心理干预、康复锻炼等多方面防治措施的研究进展,旨在为临床医护工作提供参考。
