Abstract:

Apoptosis is also existing in dental pulp cells as same as other tissues. The mechanism of apoptosis is not clear right now. Further study of dental pulp cell apoptosis will have a positive impact on dental pulp physiopathology. Review discwses the definition of cell apoptosis, meaning of apoptosis, methods of detection, apoptosic genes and research progress.
