Study of Chemokine and Its Receptor in Invasion and Metastasis of Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Abstract:

Chemokines belong to the small molecule chemoattractive cytokine family. Recent studies show that chemokines and their receptors are significantly associated with invasion and lymph node mtastasis of tumors. This review will concentrate on chemokines and their receptors of construction and function, and the effects of chemokines and their receptors in invasion and metastasis of tumors, specially, and in invasion and lymph node mtastasis of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
