摘要:
上颌前方牵引为临床治疗骨性Ⅲ类错畸形的常用治疗方法,但目前研究中对于该治疗方法在早期矫治中能否改善患者的Ⅲ类生长型而获得良好的远期稳定性仍存在许多争议。本文拟围绕维持上颌前方牵引治疗远期疗效稳定或造成远期效果不佳的关键因素、临床如何提高上颌前方牵引治疗的远期疗效,以及对骨性Ⅲ类错的疗效预测与复发病例筛查作一综述。
