摘要: 食物嵌塞是口腔科的常见病征,也是口腔修复的常见并发症,常给患者带来极大的痛苦。其病因复杂,发病机制不明,至今仍缺乏有效的治疗方法。已有研究表明:相邻牙间的邻面接触不良是食物嵌塞的主要原因,并指出食物嵌塞治疗的根本是恢复正常的、紧密的邻面接触并在咀嚼功能运动过程中维持紧密的邻面接触不分离。本文就影响相邻牙邻面接触区的因素,邻面接触的检测手段及邻面接触异常与食物嵌塞的关系作一综述。
