正中菱形舌炎发病危险因素的研究进展

Research progress on the risk factors of median rhomboid glossitis

摘要:

正中菱形舌炎是发生在舌背正中“V”字界沟前方状似菱形的病损。正中菱形舌炎病因尚不明确,可能的危险因素复杂,包括发育畸形、白色念珠菌感染、内分泌疾病、生活习惯、营养状况或继发于其他疾病等。随着近几十年研究的不断深入,国外文献一致倾向正中菱形舌炎的发生与白色念珠菌感染密切相关,而且临床抗真菌治疗有效。但研究白色念珠菌在何种条件下如何导致正中菱形舌炎还有待进一步探索。本文就正中菱形舌炎发病的危险因素的最新研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:

Median rhomboid glossitis (MRG) is a type of tongue disease characterized by shiny oval or diamond-shaped erythematous areas on the dorsal midline of the tongue. The etiological factors of MRG remain unclear. Several possible risk factors cited in the literature include developmental anomalies, candidiasis, smoking, diabetes mellitus, denture wearing, and nutritional factors. Increasing evidence suggests that MRG is strongly associated with chronic candidal infection. Antifungal treatment is usually clinically effective. However, more studies are required to explore how candidiasis causes MRG. The objective of this review is to summarize current research on the risk factors of this tongue disease.
