Abstract: Tea polyphenols is a kind of polyphenols extracted from tea, which are major active components in tea pharmacodynamic. It has anti-oxidize, anti-lipid peroxidize, clean free radical, anti-catastrophe, anti-tumor abilities and also plays stronge roles to anti -inflammatation, immunodepr essive inflammatory reaction, and better inhibition peridentitis. Periodontal ligament cell(PDLC) are major cells in periodontium, which can composite collagen and dilivary it to extracellular matrix and emerge collagen fiber which is very important to teeth. This article expressed tea polyphenols roles to PDLC and approach tea polyphenols roles for PDLC coherence and proliferation.
