Abstract:

Supernumerary teeth are those that exceed the normal dental formula. In most cases, the number of supernumerary teeth is one or two. A patient rarely has more than three supernumerary teeth. Previous reports only focused on supernumerary teeth that have been formed. In this study, we present a boy who hade normal number of teeth when he was 10 years old and had six impacted newly formed supernumerary teeth two years later.

Key words: new-formed, impacted, supernumerary teeth
