Relationship between tumor suppressor genes Aplysia Ras homolog- Ⅰ and oral cancer

Abstract:

Aplysia Ras homologues(arh)-Ⅰgenes involved in cell cycle regulation and signaling pathways of transmission, thus the negative regulation of cell growth and induce programmed cell death. arh-Ⅰgene in ovarian, breast and pancreas cancer cells in both the loss of expression, arh-Ⅰgene and tumor formation and development are closely related. This article on the arh-Ⅰgene location and structure, mechanism and relationship with cancer research are reviewed.
