Surgical treatment of children parotid region vascular tumor

Abstract:

Objective To explore the characteristics and technique of parotid region vascular tumor in children with surgical treatment and injected stiff drug. Methods 23 cases of parotid region vascular tumor in children with surgical treatment and injected stiffening were trilled from complication and recurrence rate. Results 14 cases of lymphangioma were treated with surgery operation had no complication and recurrence. Among 9 cases of hemangioma(6 cases cavernous and 3 cases mixed hemangioma), 2 cases suffered postoperative temporary facial paralysis, and all cases of hemangioma had no obvious recurrence. Conclusion The first radical operation and injected stiffening have great value in treatment children parotid region vascular tumor to protect the function of facial nerve and reduce the rate of recurrence.
