摘要:
上颌窦底提升是解决上颌后牙区种植位点骨量不足的有效方法,但技术敏感性相对较高。上颌窦黏骨膜常常较为菲薄,在上颌窦底提升术中容易发生穿孔,是常见的并发症之一。目前临床常用的穿孔管理办法包括使用生物材料进行穿孔修补,例如可吸收胶原膜、胶原蛋白海绵以及血小板衍生物等,或者使用可吸收缝线以缩小并关闭穿孔。本文根据国内外相关文献就上颌窦黏骨膜穿孔后出现的常见并发症,上颌窦黏骨膜穿孔的判断方法、分类和修补处理方法进行综述。
