摘要:
快速康复理念对于口腔颌面部肿瘤患者十分必要,特别是针对手术并发症较多的接受了游离皮瓣修复术的患者尤其重要。口腔颌面部肿瘤患者游离皮瓣修复术的快速康复中,手术并发症的预防及处理是其中的重要内容。本文结合部分文献回顾及笔者在临床实践中的经验进行总结,包括气道管理、出血控制、术后感染预防、游离皮瓣修复术相关的手术并发症预防以及口腔颌面部功能相关并发症的预防和治疗,供相关医务人员参考,以期提高患者术后恢复速度,加强快速康复理念在口腔颌面部肿瘤患者游离皮瓣修复术中的应用。
