摘要:
种植已成为牙列缺损及牙列缺失的主要修复方案之一,种植体周围炎是导致种植失败的主要原因,种植修复后应当重视后期的维护、种植体周围炎的预防及治疗。种植体周围炎治疗的方法较多,大致可分为非手术治疗和手术治疗。目前,对于种植体周围炎仍首选非手术治疗,仅在有严重骨吸收、非手术治疗效果不佳时选择手术治疗。非手术治疗的方法主要有机械清创、药物治疗、激光治疗、高压氧治疗等,药物治疗和激光治疗是目前临床上应用较多且行之有效的2种治疗方法。本文就种植体周围炎药物治疗与激光治疗的研究进展作一综述。
