摘要:
浓缩生长因子(CGF)是通过差速离心血液样品制备的最新一代血小板浓缩制品,与前两代血小板浓缩制品相比,相同体积中含有更丰富的生长因子,纤维蛋白基质的拉伸强度和黏度更高,体内作用时间更长,拥有更为优秀的组织再生能力。因CGF由自体血液离心制得,取材方便,制备简单、高效,内含大量发挥骨诱导作用的生长因子和发挥骨引导作用的纤维蛋白基质,可激活血管新生,能有效诱导和加速软组织和骨组织的再生,缩短愈合时间,无交叉感染和免疫排斥风险,并具有一定的抗炎作用,已在口腔种植及颌面外科等领域广泛应用。本文就CGF在口腔临床中的应用及相关研究进展进行最新的综述,望为CGF在口腔临床中的进一步应用提供一定的理论依据。
