Correlative models for remodeling mechanism research of parade

Abstract:

Occlusal force would change after rehabilitation of teeth or dentition defect compared with the original state. And this may induce remodeling changes in paradental tissues, as well as the orthodontic force. Since the remodeling mechanism of paradental tissues to mechanical stress hasn′t been clarified, it′s significative to establish animal model or in vitro model to simulate the mechanical state in vivo. This review aims to state the correlative models for remodeling mechanism research of paradental tissues to mechanical stress.
