摘要:
目的 通过系统评价分析口腔术后使用氯己定与聚维酮碘含漱液控制感染的效果。 方法 采用主题词与自由词结合的方式,检索PubMed、Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、中国知网、维普数据库、万方数据库等,检索时间从建库到2022年5月,搜集并筛选口腔术后使用氯己定与聚维酮碘含漱液的相关随机对照试验,纳入文献后进行文献质量评价和提取数据,应用Review Manager 5.3软件进行Meta分析。 结果 共纳入随机对照试验12篇,偏倚风险中等,Meta分析结果显示:口腔术后氯己定与聚维酮碘的感染控制效果相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但使用聚维酮碘的主观感受较氯己定更好,差异有统计学意义(P<0.000 01)。 结论 口腔术后使用氯己定与聚维酮碘的感染控制效果无明显差异,而患者使用聚维酮碘的主观感受更好。
