基于专业化机械性牙齿清洁技术的全生命周期口腔主动健康管理

  • 作者简介:郑成燚，重钢总医院口腔科副主任医师，毕业于西南医科大学（原泸州医学院）口腔系。重庆市口腔医学会口腔生物医学专业委员会委员；重庆市口腔医学会牙体牙髓专业委员会委员；重庆市妇幼卫生学会口腔保健专业委员会委员，特聘讲师；国内专业化机械性牙齿清洁技术（Professional Mechanical Tooth Cleaning，PMTC）引进、倡导和推广者。主编、主译、主审学术专著12部，涵盖了全生命周期全过程口腔健康管理，为口腔主动健康提供了技术支持。与西南医科大学附属口腔医学院合作开展2024年四川省卫生健康委员会科技项目（适宜技术项目）“PMTC专业机械性牙齿清洁普及推广项目口腔适宜推广技术课题”。|郑成燚，副主任医师，学士，Email：qw13658358119@163.com|包崇云，四川大学华西口腔医学院教授、博士生导师，教育部新世纪优秀人才，国际牙医师学院院士，四川省公共卫生先进个人。基于临床问题开展体内骨组织工程与颌骨修复及牙咬合重建的相关机制及应用技术研究，负责国家自然科学基金项目7项等相关课题。围绕基层大众口腔健康服务模式开展探索，先后承担口腔疾病分级诊疗模式汶川应用示范科技部惠民课题，移动医疗主动服务社区及乡镇老龄化人群的国家重点研发计划课题，同时参与催生数字口腔的口腔信息网络关键技术研发与应用示范科技部项目、移动诊疗助推贫困地区人群口腔健康的国家重点研发计划课题；提出医生多点执业主动服务无口腔医生乡镇的农村居民，指导10家西部省份的乡镇医院创建口腔科。

摘要：

全生命周期口腔主动健康管理是新时代口腔医学发展的核心目标，也是实现“健康中国2030”战略的重要环节。然而，如何系统化、科学化地实施这一管理理念，目前尚缺乏统一的标准和路径。本研究探讨专业化机械性牙齿清洁在全生命周期不同阶段的应用、共性策略以及其在促进主动健康方面的价值，为构建口腔主动健康管理体系，提升全民口腔健康水平提供可行的方案和路径。

Abstract:

Oral proactive health management in the whole life course represents the core goal of modern dentistry and a key component in realizing the “Healthy China 2030” initiative. Nevertheless, unified standards and systematic pathways for the scientific implementation of this concept remain lacking. This study explores the applications and general strategies of professional mechanical tooth cleaning at different stages of the whole life course, as well as its value in promoting proactive health, so as to provide feasible solutions for establishing an oral proactive health management system and improving the oral health status of the whole population.
