摘要: 儿童埋伏多生牙影响正常恒牙的萌出,常导致错畸形,并可伴发囊肿等破坏性病损,临床中多需尽早拔除。在拔除术中,埋伏多生牙的准确定位至关重要,在精确的定位引导下可以正确地制定手术方案,选择合适的手术入路,减少牙槽外科的手术创伤。近十几年来,在口腔牙槽外科诊疗中,锥形束计算机断层扫描(CBCT)可以说是最先进、精准的影像学技术。目前,CBCT是理想的判定埋伏牙位置的技术手段,其提供的三维图像可在不同的轴向观察埋伏牙及其与邻牙的关系,并判断埋伏牙唇腭侧骨板的距离。当前,CBCT在口腔诊疗中的应用越来越广泛,并发挥了其独特的优势。本文就CBCT在儿童埋伏多生牙定位的临床应用进展作一综述。
