摘要: 目前,种植义齿已成为修复天然牙缺失的重要方法。传统的种植修复需要经历漫长的治疗过程。然而,随着生活节奏的加快,即刻种植即刻修复渐渐成为近几年学者们研究的热点,其具有缩短治疗周期,减少患者就诊次数,更好地保存维持软硬组织的优点。美学区指微笑时能够露出的所有区域,在患者的社交生活中扮演重要的角色,是目前研究的重点。本文就美学区即刻种植即刻修复的适应证与禁忌证、植体的选择和植入位置、微创拔牙技术、骨缺损的处理、临时冠的作用和制作方法以及未来发展的展望等作一综述。
