摘要:
目的 评估成都市7~9岁适龄儿童第一恒磨牙牙体健康状况、窝沟封闭1年后的效果,并分析窝沟封闭剂的保留情况及影响其保留率的因素。方法 对参与2017年中西部地区儿童口腔疾病综合干预项目的儿童的第一恒磨牙情况进行详细记录,并对可纳入的第一恒磨牙进行窝沟封闭,1年后复查其封闭和患龋情况。采用SPSS 22.0软件卡方检验对结果进行统计分析。结果 纳入629名儿童,共计1 877颗牙,窝沟封闭1年后完全保留率为87.75%,第一恒磨牙龋齿检出率为0.96%。其中,46牙窝沟封闭剂保留率为91.61%,36牙为88.25%,16牙为87.69%,26牙为84.40%。26牙的窝沟封闭剂保留率较低,与46牙的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。以所在年级为影响因素分析,三年级儿童第一恒磨牙窝沟封闭剂保留率为89.34%,略高于二年级86.57%,但差异无统计学意义(P=0.071)。结论 第一恒磨牙窝沟封闭1年的保留率为87.75%,其中26牙最低,46牙最高,牙位也是窝沟封闭剂保留率的主要影响因素之一。
