Effects of stepwise and maximum advancement on the treatment and temporomandibular joint modification of Angle class Ⅱ malocclusion

Abstract:

Angle class Ⅱ malocclusion is prevailing in orthodontics. We made great efforts to enhance temporomandibular joint(TMJ) and mandibular modification. Considerable researches have been done to investigate the effects of stepwise and maximum advancement on the treatment and TMJ modification. This review was a brief summary of the current knowledge about the above study.
