Abstract:

Osteoprotegerin is one of the tumor necrosis factor receptor super- family members. It could affect the eruption of teeth; root resorption of primary teeth, teeth movement and the formation of dental hard tissue. The review presents the researches on the mechanism of osteoprotegerin on biomineralization of enamel.
