Non-coding ribonucleic acid and head and neck cancer

Abstract: Non- coding ribonucleic acid(ncRNA) is a kind of important functional biological molecule. Now, the property and role of regulation of few kind of ncRNA has been known in academic circles, but not more other kinds. This article briefly introduces the classification, biological significance and functions of ncRNA, and reviews the role of ncRNA in tumorigenesis, diagnosis and therapy of head and neck cancers.
