Micro- RNA and cancer

Abstract: Micro- RNA is a class of short non- coding RNA molecules which are important gene regulation function. Researches show micro- RNA has specific expression profiles in diverse tumors and is implicated in tumorgenesis as suppressors and oncogenes. Here, we review the progresses on this field and their clinic significance.
