Abstract: Self- assembly peptide tissue engineering scaffold is a novel nano scaffold consisting of complementary amphiphilic oligopeptide which have self- assembly character. The nano microstructure of this kind of scaffold is similar to the natural extracellular matrix and this character makes it to be a genuine three dimensional cell culture scaffold. Therefore, this kind of scaffold has some incomparable advantages and characters with other scaffolds. The next context makes a review about the structure, character and application of the self- assembly peptide tissue engineering scaffold.
