Advanced r esear ch on induced differ entiation of adipose tissue- der ived strom

Abstract: Current ideal seeding cells of bone tissue engineering are adipose tissue- derived stromal cells(ADSCs), whose osteogenic differentiation has been a hot topic for researchers. The methods in inducing ADSCs to osteoblast are changing its microenvironment, modifying its gene and so on. This article reviewed the advanced research on induced differentiation of ADSCs to ostoblast.
