Abstract: Image- guided surgical navigation system which combines the technique of modern imaging, stereotatics, computer and artificial intelligent, has quickly developed and applied recently at home and abroad. This article
reviewed concept, basic principle, development, application in oral and maxillofacial surgery, problems and prospect of image- guided surgical navigation system.
