Abstract: With the development of immunologic techniques and molecular biology, biological treatment especially the active immune treatment offers a new way to prevent and to cure SCC of tongue. This article will summarize the research progress of tongue SCC, from the aspects of immune cells, tumor antigen and cytokine.
