Abstract: Acellular dermal matrix is an inartificial biomaterial emerging in recent years, and there are some study reports about its application in neurosurgery, otolaryngology, burns, periodontology, et al. We write this review which emphasize on its architecture and character, biological transition after being grafted and turnover mechanism, in order to provide theoretical proofs for the clinical application of acellular dermal matrix.
