Abstract:

Periodontitis with the high prevalence is one of the two main diseases in oral cavity. It is important to explore the effective prevention against periodontits. The article introduces the researches on prevention and therapy of periodontitis with different antigens of Porphyromonas gingivalis including fimbriae, hemagglutinin, gingipains and outer membrane protein.
