Abstract: Aneurysmal bone cyst (ABC) is a rare, expanding and osteolytic lesion which is neither cystic nor neoplastic disease. ABC rarely occurs in the craniofacial bone, and the lesions in mandibular condyle are scarce. In this paper, we report two cases in mandibular condyle of ABC which were confirmed by histopathology. The aim of this paper is to explore the radiographic and clinical features of ABC and improve the understanding of the ABC in mandibular condyle.

Key words: aneurysmal bone cyst, radiographic feature, differential diagnosis
